The Cadence Bank Foundation donated $150,000 in total to select nonprofit organizations within the communities we serve.

How the Cadence Cares Holiday Program Worked


Cadence Bank customers, teammates and members of the communities we serve were invited to vote for their nonprofit of choice to receive a donation from the Cadence Bank Foundation.


Between November 30, 2023 through December 22, 2023, we received over 6,500 votes. The donations were awarded in January 2024.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America

With more than 5,200 Clubs, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America is the nation's leading youth-serving organization, providing millions of kids with opportunities for a great future. Clubs give kids safe places, caring mentors and life-shaping programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles and leadership skills. Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Communities Unlimited Inc.

The purpose of Communities Unlimited is to support essential elements all small businesses need such as evaluating business models, how to start a business, bookkeeping, cash flow management, and small business financing in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas.

Dispensary of Hope

Low-income, uninsured Americans are struggling to put food on the table. They shouldn't have to choose between food and medication that will save their lives. Dispensary of Hope makes it possible for hundreds of thousands of Americans to have access to medication for free.

DreamSpring

At DreamSpring, we believe human potential is unleashed when all people have the opportunity to shape their own future. We create economic equity by providing access to capital, encouragement, and resources to small business owners in need. In the past 30 years, we’ve provided over $538 million in small business loans to 32,000 small business owners – creating 65,000 jobs and vitalizing communities across 27 states.

Family Promise

Family Promise is leading the effort to end homelessness for families with children. Offering families homelessness prevention programs, emergency shelter, housing assistance, and stabilization support from Florida to Texas and beyond, we’re working to ensure every child has a place to call home. Jump$tart Coalition

The Jump$tart Coalition is a nonprofit organization of national partners and state affiliates, which share a commitment to #FinancialSmartsForStudents. Each year, the Jump$tart National Educator Conference brings together K-12 classroom teachers from across the country for learning, networking, and new resources. Through the generosity of our sponsors, every teacher attends on scholarship, letting us support financial education where it is needed the most, regardless of the school’s ability to afford it.

Salvation Army

The Salvation Army has one agenda: meeting human needs without discrimination in Jesus’ name. We assist approximately 25 million Americans annually. The Southern Territory serves 16 states and the District of Columbia. We help our community neighbors navigate food insecurity, unexpected job loss, eviction concerns, devastating natural disasters, and helping families break the cycle of poverty.

USA Cares

USA Cares is a 501(c)(3) national veteran nonprofit providing military veterans, service members, and their families with emergency financial assistance and post-service skills training. USA Cares' work keeps families together, safe, and housed by providing assistance to those facing eviction/foreclosure, car repossession, utility shutoffs, and food scarcity. By helping these families during their most critical times of need, USA Cares helps create a foundation for long-term stability that proactively addresses the epidemic of veteran suicide.
