Can I still use a LIVE Teller machine as a traditional ATM?
Yes. All LIVE Teller-enabled ATMs offer the ability to be used as traditional ATMs. Simply insert your debit card to access the ATM functions you’re already accustomed to using.
What happens if I visit a LIVE Teller-enabled ATM when LIVE Teller service is unavailable?
If you visit a LIVE Teller-enabled ATM outside of service hours, you will not be presented with the option to speak with a teller. Instead, you will be prompted to insert your debit card to begin a traditional ATM transaction.
Who can I contact if I need assistance using a LIVE Teller machine?
